Use the plan you trust. Keep it yours.

IronLedger supports three ways to start training: configure a proven program, build a custom multi-week block, or import the spreadsheet you already use.

IronLedger program creation and import options

How do you get a program into IronLedger?

You can start from a built-in structure, create a block from scratch, or import a supported spreadsheet. All three routes produce the same editable week-and-day program model inside the app.

01

Start with a built-in program

Choose a structured builder and configure it for your schedule and training maxes.

  • Guided setup
  • Multi-week structure
  • Editable after creation
02

Build a custom training block

Create weeks, days, exercises, set targets, deloads, and notes from a blank program.

  • Week and day reorder
  • Deload markers
  • Exercise-level prescription
03

Import CSV or Excel

Bring an existing spreadsheet into IronLedger, review parser warnings, then keep its source attached to the program.

  • CSV and Excel
  • Review before import
  • Coach-readable export

Eight guided starting points.

A template supplies structure, not a rigid identity. Configure the plan, then edit it as your training requires.

From file to first set in three checks.

  1. 01

    Prepare the file

Use a supported CSV or Excel workbook with recognizable week, day, exercise, set, and target columns.

  2. 02

    Review the parse

IronLedger previews the detected program and surfaces warnings before anything is saved.

  3. 03

    Train and export

Run the program in the workout logger, then export completed sets and notes when you need a portable result.

Read the import documentation
