Build your own block

Create multiple weeks, reorder days, mark deloads, add week notes, and configure every exercise and set target.

Import the spreadsheet

Bring a CSV or Excel program into the app, review warnings before import, and keep its athlete-owned provenance.

Send the results back

Export completed sets, targets, notes, RPE/RIR, and session status in a coach-readable CSV.
