Train and report

Log real sessions and share reproducible bugs or friction while it is fresh.

Use the flows that fail under fatigue.

Set logging

RPE and RIR per set, set completion, rest, and in-session changes.

Form video

Record, upload, retry, replace, and review a clip on a real set.

Keyboard flow

Move quickly across load, reps, effort, and notes without trapped focus.

Bug reports are most useful with device, app version, expected result, actual result, and reproduction steps.
