Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, in the Profile tab under Danger Zone. It is immediate, permanent, and does not need a request to us.
It removes the account and the training record synced to it. It does not touch the copy on your own device, and it cannot reach workouts already handed to Apple Health or Strava. Export first if you want to keep anything.
Open the History tab in the app and export to CSV or Excel. It takes under a minute, and it is the only step on this page that can be undone.
Everything below is permanent. There is no recovery once it is done. How to delete your account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your training record first if you want to keep it. The control is in the app, not on this page, so you never have to wait on us to act.
- Open IronLedger and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm.
The same control is available under Profile, then Account, in the Danger Zone section there. If you cannot reach either screen, email dev@ironledger.app from your account address and we will process it within 48 hours.
What deletion removes, and what it does not
Deleting the account removes the account and everything synced to it. It does not reach into copies that now live somewhere else, including the one on your own phone, which is a separate action.
Your device keeps its own copy
The training record on your device is not affected by account deletion, because logging never required an account in the first place. To clear that copy as well, use Delete your data, or uninstall the app.
