How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your IronLedger account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, consider exporting your workout history if you want to keep a record of your training progress. Follow the steps below from within the app:

  1. Open IronLedger on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner)
  3. Scroll down to the Account section
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm Delete

The deletion process begins immediately after confirmation. You will be signed out of the app and will no longer be able to log in with the same credentials.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

Data stored locally on your device (workout logs, programs, and cached exercises) will remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear the app data in your device settings.

Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you want to remove specific data (such as workout history or training programs) without deleting your entire account, you can submit a data deletion request instead. This allows you to keep your account active while clearing cloud-synced data from our servers.

Retention Period

Account deletion is processed immediately. All cloud-stored data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. There is no additional retention period.
