You can request deletion of your data without deleting your account. This is useful if you want to clear your cloud-synced workout history or training programs while keeping your account active for future use.
To submit a data deletion request, contact us at dev@ironledger.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. You can also specify which categories of data you would like removed if you do not want a full data wipe.
You can request deletion of any or all of the following data types stored on our servers:
Data stored locally on your device (cached workouts, downloaded programs, and offline logs) can be cleared by uninstalling the app or by resetting the app data in your device settings. Local data is not accessible to us and is not affected by a server-side deletion request.
Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once your data has been permanently removed from our servers.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you have active training programs or coach connections, those will be disconnected when the associated data is removed. We recommend notifying your coach before submitting a deletion request if you are currently enrolled in a coached training program.
IronLedger supports data deletion requests in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time, free of charge. For more information about how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
