You can request deletion of your data without deleting your account. To do so, contact us at dev@ironledger.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
You can request deletion of the following data types:
Data stored locally on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app or by resetting the app data in your device settings.
Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
