What is IronLedger?

IronLedger is a strength training app for planning programs, logging workouts, tracking personal records, and reviewing progress. It is designed for lifters who want precise data without giving up control of their program or history.

Is IronLedger free?

Yes. Core workout logging, history, personal records, basic analytics, programs, and spreadsheet workflows are available in the free experience. Strength Pro adds advanced interpretation and progression guidance.

Can I import a workout program from Excel or CSV?

Yes. IronLedger can import supported CSV and Excel program files, show warnings before import, and preserve the plan as an editable multi-week program.

What can I track in each workout set?

You can track weight, reps, RPE or RIR, notes, completion status, and supported set types. You can also attach a form-check video to an individual set.

Does IronLedger work with a strength coach?

Yes. You can import a coach spreadsheet, export completed results, share per-set form videos, and use connected coaching features when they are enabled for your account.

Is IronLedger available on Android?

IronLedger is currently available through Android closed testing. Join the tester Google Group first, then opt in through the Google Play testing page with the same account.
