Your coach can shape the plan. You keep the record.

IronLedger supports the athlete side of strength coaching: receive or import the program, log the session, share the relevant set, and return a readable result.

IronLedger athlete profile and connected settings

How does IronLedger work with a strength coach?

IronLedger keeps program instructions, athlete execution, and coach feedback connected to the same workout record. The simple path uses spreadsheet import and export; connected accounts can also use assigned programs, form video, feedback, replies, reviews, and sharing controls.

Less administration. More useful context.

01

Bring the program

Import a supported coach CSV or Excel file, or load an assigned program when your account is connected.

02

Show the set

Attach a form-check video to the exact set it belongs to so load, reps, and effort stay visible.

03

Review the response

Read coach feedback, reply in the app, and complete supported weekly self-assessments.

04

Control health sharing

Choose whether supported health information is shared, including per-coach preferences.

The coaching relationship is optional. The training log is not.

You can use IronLedger independently, move between programs, and export supported data. Connected coaching adds communication around the record; it does not replace athlete access to the record.

Questions athletes and coaches ask.

01

Does my coach need IronLedger?

Not for the spreadsheet workflow. You can import a supported coach program and export completed results. Connected feedback and assignment features require a compatible coach relationship.

02

Can I send a video for one set?

Yes. Form-check video is attached per set so the coach can review it alongside the logged weight, reps, and effort.

03

What is included in a workout export?

Supported exports can include targets, completed load and reps, RPE or RIR, notes, and session status.

04

Can I reply to coach feedback?

Yes. Connected athletes can reply to supported coach feedback inside IronLedger.

05

Can I choose which health data a coach sees?

Yes. Supported health sharing includes athlete-controlled preferences, including per-coach controls.
